Originally from Chicago and a first-generation Polish American, Chef Sebastian Sikora brings decades of culinary experience and a passion for fresh, quality ingredients to every dish he creates. Having worked in and managed kitchens throughout St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra, Sebastian is known for creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate authentic flavors, local ingredients, and the connections that happen around the table.
