Both projects reflect her growing impact on the local art scene. Brook is actively developing several series ranging from intensely colored realism to more illustrative works and moody landscapes. Her use of intense colors is inspired by childhood experiences at fairs, carnivals, the theater, puppetry, and animation. Her creative process is fast and intuitive, honed during her time as a muralist.
Today, Brook’s artwork is featured in galleries across the Southeast, including the Plum Gallery in Saint Augustine, the Spoonbill Gallery in South Carolina, and the CX904 Gallery in Jacksonville. She regularly participates in art markets across Northeastern Florida and works on commissions for murals, pet portraits, and public art projects.
