Abbey Pleviak

Abbey Pleviak co-founded Stumptown Clown Collective in Portland, OR, where she curated clown workshops and devised and directed the annual holiday soiree. She has trained in stage and street clown in traditions from Europe, North America, and South America, with teachers including Sue Morrison, Giovanni Fusetti, and Jacob Mooney. Abbey loves creating a safe container for people to deeply engage their personal absurdity in a circle of loving attention, so they can laugh at the beauty of their own ridiculousness.
